Arithmo Slayer offers an optional subscription to unlock advanced game levels. The subscription costs €3.00 gross (depending on tax status) every 3 calendar months (not per year).
The subscription automatically renews for each new three-month period unless you cancel before your current subscription ends. Gifted subscriptions (e.g., 3 months without a card) do not auto-renew.
Subscribers who registered their accounts before market launch receive free access to all content for as long as the service operates.
Arithmo Slayer can be played by children. If you are under 18 years old, a legal guardian must manage the subscription. The guardian is financially responsible for all payments.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through account settings or this webpage. Cancellation takes effect in your current subscription period; you do not lose access you have already paid for.
Refunds for unused periods are processed after review by our support team and payment provider. Contact us at info@derschweigert.de if you need a refund. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this discretionary refund practice.
Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Prices are gross prices and include all taxes applicable to your location.
Stripe collects a billing address during checkout and checks the billing country (Germany). This billing address is not stored as a profile field in your game account. Only verified accounts can purchase paid content.

You can delete your account anytime through account settings. This removes your game progress and other personal account data, except where a statutory retention obligation applies to billing records.

Arithmo Slayer reserves the right to terminate accounts or services with reasonable notice for legitimate reasons (e.g., abuse, security). You can cancel your account anytime.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. The service may require updates or maintenance.
These terms are governed by German law. For consumers, statutory consumer protections under the BGB (German Civil Code) apply.
